MI Dept. of Environmental Quality issues permit to Aquila Resources

Today the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) issued the wetlands permit to Aquila Resources for their Back Forty Project.  The MDEQ cover letter and the wetlands permit are attached as PDF files below.
